Each booking is meticulously assigned to a dedicated driver well in advance, ensuring a superior level of service. Unlike fully automated systems, our approach involves a dedicated team committed to coordination and personalized customer support. This human touch allows us to cater to diverse passenger needs, including assisting elderly or disabled travelers, handling luggage, accommodating oversized items, and providing child seats. Our highly trained staff is adept at addressing these unique requirements.
Nevertheless, managing unexpected booking cancellations presents challenges, particularly for our drivers who incur expenses such as fuel, time, and parking charges. Your understanding of these complexities is invaluable to us as we continue to enhance our service for your convenience and satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of a booking cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee will be levied, the specific amount of which hinges on the timing of the cancellation.
    Here are the cancellation terms:
    • Cancellations made before the 12-hour mark prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no charges. However, refundable bookings are subject to a bank fee, the exact amount varying based on the total booking cost.
    • Cancellations occurring between 12 and 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time could result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total journey price.
    • Cancellations within 6 hours of the pick-up time will lead to a charge equivalent to 75% of the journey price.
    Please note that no refunds will be issued if a passenger is unreachable at the time of pickup.
    Once a driver has been dispatched or is en route for the pickup, refunds will not be provided. All cancellations must be made either via phone or by replying to the reservation confirmation email.

In the event a refund is necessary for a payment made to UK Airport Cabs, it will be promptly credited back to the original payment card, whether it is a credit or debit card. Please take note that a bank fee, starting from a minimum of £5, will be levied on refundable bookings. The precise fee is subject to variation based on the total booking amount.
It’s crucial to understand that the refund procedure generally spans 3 to 5 working days from the moment our team initiates the process. However, the exact duration may fluctuate according to your bank’s processing timeline.
To facilitate seamless communication and prevent any complications during the pickup, we kindly urge you to provide the contact details of the actual passenger traveling. This ensures direct and accurate communication, minimizing any concerns regarding unavailability when reaching out to the individual who made the booking on their behalf. Your cooperation in this regard is immensely valued.
