Do you monitor flights for delays?

We track flights for delays up to 4  hours. While we make every effort to accommodate delays beyond this, it’s subject to operational capacity. In cases of cancellation due to extended delays, a full refund is provided.

How much time does it take to make a booking?

Booking online or via customer service is a swift process, taking only 2-3 minutes. Advance bookings, available up to 12 months before arrival, offer convenience and peace of mind.

What is the cancellation charge?

We ensure a full refund for cancellations with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled pick-up time. No refund applies for no-shows or cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice.
