1. Fare Determination
Our pricing remains consistent, calculated based on the shortest route. Fixed-rate bookings require adherence to the selected route; any deviations requested by the passenger will result in fare adjustments determined by www.ukairportcabs.co.uk.
2. Luggage Regulations
- Checked Luggage: A medium-sized suitcase is permissible, not exceeding 158cm (62 inches) in combined height and width and 23kg (50lb) in weight.
- Hand Luggage: Each passenger is allowed one piece, measuring approximately 56cm in height, 45cm in width, and 25cm in diameter (equivalent to about 22 x 17.5 x 9.85 inches). Luggage exceeding these dimensions is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
3. Driver's Authority
Drivers reserve the right to decline service to passengers if there is a perceived threat to their safety or the safety of the vehicle.
4. Modification of Plans
It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform us of any alterations to travel plans, such as flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling. Changes in pickup and drop-off locations will lead to fare adjustments based on the specific locations chosen.
5. Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a booking cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee will be levied, the specific amount of which hinges on the timing of the cancellation.
Here are the cancellation terms:

Cancellations made before the 24-hour mark prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no charges. However, refundable bookings are subject to a bank fee, the exact amount varying based on the total booking cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a fee of at least 75% of the total journey cost.
Please note; no refunds will be issued if Cancelled Within 16 hours of journey start time.
Once a driver has been dispatched or is en route for the pickup, refunds will not be provided. All cancellations must be made either via phone or by replying to the reservation confirmation email.

6. Communication Protocol
It is imperative to keep your phone powered on as it serves as the primary mode of communication for pickup. Passengers are liable for the fare even if they are unreachable. Our office number should be saved for easy communication during travel.
7. Cleaning Fee
Instances of passenger-caused fouling in the Private Hire Vehicle will incur a minimum charge of £30.00, with the final fee varying based on the severity of the situation.
8. Delayed Flight
Our company policy includes provisions for accommodating flight delays up to a period of 4 hours, and we are dedicated to providing optimal assistance to our customers during such situations. However, it’s essential to recognize that we reserve the right to cancel the booking after this 4-hour grace period. In the event of a cancellation, the full booking amount will be promptly refunded to the same card used for payment.
Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for any compensation or additional charges that may arise due to a cancellation or for organizing alternative transportation.
9. Waiting Time
We extend a complimentary 45-minute waiting period after the flight’s scheduled arrival time for airport pickups. Should you require additional waiting time beyond this grace period, a charge of £20 per extra 45 minutes will be applicable.
Additionally, if you are ready for pickup before the scheduled time, kindly note that we cannot guarantee an earlier arrival. Your pickup time remains aligned with your original booking selection. However, rest assured, we will endeavor to accommodate an early pickup if your assigned driver is available at that moment. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities.
10. Child Seat
We provide a free child seat upon request from our customers. Although we strive to supply a child seat, please understand that we cannot assure its availability or suitability for your particular journey.
